Green Grass – Tom Waits
I’ve been wanting to do this lesson for a long time! Green Grass stands alone as a great solo guitar piece, and (from a lesson standpoint) employs many useful playing techniques: alternating bass-lines, heel muting, pick raking, 7th chords…good stuff! This is not the easiest song to get down–take things a step at a time and you’ll do fine.
