Coire Walker has been playing guitar for 16 years and teaching professionally for 6 years.  He received his degree from MI in Hollywood, CA in 2005.  While there he studied under Paul Gilbert, Dan Gilbert, Dale Turner, David Oakes, Keith Wyatt, Ross Bolton and more.  Coire has performed in numerous bands in CA, AZ, WA and the NYC area.  His favorite styles of music are rock, blues, funk, and punk.  Some of his musical influences include Mogwai, Sunny Day Real Estate, Elliott Smith, The Meters, Tom Waits, Radiohead, AWS, Brent Mason and Miles Davis.  Coire currently lives and teaches in the NYC area.
